Senior year is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. This booking system helps you choose your senior portrait session, add outfit changes, select location upgrades, add custom services, review your quote, approve the payment terms, and submit your agreement to The X Gallery.

Portrait Credit Policy

Portrait credits are included only with qualifying senior portrait collections starting at the $500 collection. Portrait credits may be applied toward approved portrait products, upgrades, or final image purchases offered by The X Gallery. Portrait credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be refunded.

Approved bookings require a credit card on file for deposit authorization, approved add-ons, remaining balances, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and approved additional services.
Payment Terms & Credit Card Hold Authorization
Payment Terms:

A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve the senior portrait session date and time. The remaining balance is due before or on the session date unless another payment arrangement has been approved in writing by The X Gallery.

Client authorizes The X Gallery to keep a credit card on file for the approved deposit, remaining balance, approved add-ons, cancellation fees, no-show fees, late rescheduling fees, and any additional services approved by the client.

Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in a $75 late cancellation fee. No-shows, same-day cancellations, or failure to arrive at the scheduled location may result in a $100 no-show fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Full Senior Portrait Agreement
Agreement Terms:

Client understands that this form creates an estimated quote and agreement request for high school senior portrait services with The X Gallery. Final booking is confirmed only after the required deposit is paid and The X Gallery approves the session date, time, and location.

Session fees cover photography time, selected session experience, posing guidance, and online proof gallery delivery. Digital files, prints, albums, wall art, advanced retouching, and specialty products are not automatically included unless specifically listed in the selected package, purchased separately, or approved in writing.

Portrait credits may be applied only toward eligible portrait products, upgrades, or final image purchases offered by The X Gallery. Portrait credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be refunded.

Client is responsible for arriving on time, securing permissions when needed, and covering parking, permit, admission, or location-related fees. Late arrivals may reduce available session time.

The X Gallery retains copyright ownership of all images. Client receives usage rights only for final purchased or included images. Images may not be edited, filtered, altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
