Wedding Photography Agreement

• A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve the wedding or elopement date.

• Remaining balance is due before the wedding date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Client authorizes The X Gallery to keep a valid credit/debit card on file through Square for approved charges, balances, approved add-ons, late payment fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and unpaid invoices.

• Wedding and elopement collections include photography coverage time and a private online gallery of final edited digital images.

• Final edited digital images are included with the selected wedding or elopement collection. RAW/unedited files are not included and will not be delivered.

• Final image count varies based on event activity, timeline, lighting, guest participation, travel time, location restrictions, and coverage time.

• Albums, prints, wall art, and physical products are not included in this calculator.

• Editing style and artistic direction are determined by the photographer.

• Second photographer availability is subject to confirmation.

• Las Vegas elopement location add-ons, travel, permits, entry fees, venue fees, parking, and location restrictions are subject to confirmation before booking is finalized.

• Travel is included within 10 miles of 89169. Locations beyond 10 miles are charged at $1 per mile for miles over the included radius.

• Wedding date changes, cancellations, or rescheduling may affect availability and pricing.

• Retainers are non-refundable because the date is removed from availability once booked.
